- Orders typically take 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) to process.
- Please note that orders stop processing around 12 pm PST.
- Once an order is placed you can expect a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order and it has begun processing. When the order has shipped you will receive tracking information.
Processing delays: During holidays and some promotions our processing times may increase to 2-3 business days.
- We ship all of our orders via USPS and UPS with the default being USPS.
- If you select free shipping this will be sent out as First-Class Mail mail via USPS.
- All of our USPS shipments (including free shipping) are shipped First-Class Mail which takes an average of one to three days to arrive at its destination.

- We offer both UPS Next day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air.
- If item is shipped through UPS it cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to modify your shipping address.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
We currently do NOT offer same day delivery.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as PayPal payments.
You can shop at HempVita as a guest without creating an account. However, register with us and you’ll be able to track your orders and review past purchases as well as take advantage of loyalty and other rewards.
Once you get to the page where you are asked to enter your contact information and shipping address, if you look to the right, you’ll find the space designated for your code entry (not to be confused with the ‘Notes’ box). Simply type it in and click the “Apply” button.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Returns must be started within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Yes. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
